Stage 2
​Admin Team sends Follow Up Letters to those who have been invited.
Stage 3
Pastor & Leaders plan for guests making sure worship services, greeters, children's ministry, & meal preparation will be visitor-friendly the day of Harvest Celebration
Stage 4
Harvest Celebration Sunday is the culminating event. Previous weeks of planning are complete & the congregation is excited and ready to receive the visitors and celebrate!
